Our technical department is dedicated to develop - together with our OEM customers - the best engine solution for every new application, examining the machine and application datas. Our experienced personnel can also study the most suitable kit of accessories for dressing the engine (i.e. radiators, wiring harnesses, mufflers, air filters, etc) when needed. After engine installation on the machine, we can also carry out application tests on the field. In this way, we are able to support our OEM customer  step by step.

Our after-sales department, together with a service network present all over Italy, can give a quick reply to our customers in order to solve any kind of problem related to engines distrubuted by RAMA MOTORI. Our after-sales  dept. also manages warranty claims, with a prompt shipment of replacement parts, and works regularly with our manufacturer in order to solve defects from the origin.                        

Development of personalized accessories

In case of new requirements we carry on a thorough study using 2D and 3D drawings.  We also study the development of new accessories (including wiring harnesses) and the follow up in the production phase.

Quality control for incoming goods

Every engine and all components are carefully checked when they arrive in our warehouse (in the measure of 100% for engines and a very high percentage of accessories). Non-conformities are promptly registered and submitted to our suppliers to be quickly solved, together with their cooperation. Our suppliers are carefully selected and continously evaluated.

Accessory kit assembly

OEM customers can receive engines with accessories already installed. This allows an easier and quicker installation of the engine on the equipment.

Application tests

For each application, , our trained technical personnel is available for a careful application test at the beginning of the OEM's serial production. This test aims to check if most important performance parameters are within the required standards (as set by engine Manufacturer).
